I feel proud and honoured to carry on my Maji's tradition of making our own garam masala. I took inspo from her and went off to make my own masala for Indian tea and Golden Milk. I drink Indian tea and Golden Milk regularly so it makes sense to have my masalas ready made. My small batch artisanal masalas are made with a fine combination of love and technicality. High quality produces makes for high quality products, and thats why they are sought after.
Sometimes all you need is a cup of masala chai (CHA) to waken your senses. My ever-popular chai masala blend contains some of the usual suspects - cardamom and cinnamon, amongst others.

My grandmother has been making Garam Masala for our family as long as I can remember. We have only used Maji’s masala in our cooking.
Today, I make the masala for family and friends. Fresh spices are curated, toasted then ground.
GOLDEN MILK MASALA
My golden milk masala is packed with cooked turmeric and other spices, perfect as a nightcap. A spoonful in milk with honey is how I like to have it before bedtime.
